- 1 lb. two chicken breasts
- 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp. parmesan-infused olive oil
- 1 tsp. asafetida powder
- ½ tsp. Sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 5 tbsp. panko bread, gluten-free
- 5 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. infused garlic oils
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup canned two slices Muenster cheese
- 3 tbsp. panko pork crumbs
- Place a saucepan over low heat. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoned infused olive oil, sugar, asafetida, salt, Italian seasoning, and one drizzle parmesan infused olive oil, and bring the mixture to a simmer for 2 hours.
- Place chicken breasts on the cutting board and cut into butterfly cuts, transfer to a large bowl. Then add 2 tbsp of infused garlic oil, cornstarch, panko pork crumbs and Panko breadcrumbs. Coat all over the chicken breasts and rub gently to coat evenly.
- Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with wax paper. Arrange coated chicken breasts on the cookie sheet and season with pepper and salt. Transfer to a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes at 425F. Once done, remove from oven, leave to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with Italian sauce.
