- 2 lbs. of stew meat
- 1 tsp. Hing powder
- 1 tbsp. infused garlic oil
- 1 tsp. cilantro
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 4- to 5-inch-long leek tied with string
- 1 ½ lb. gemstone baby potatoes
- 1 ½ cups organics rainbow carrots, baby cut
Preparation
- Place a crock pot over high heat, add stew meat, Hing powder, infused garlic oil, cilantro, coarse salt, and red wine vinegar, and cook for 2 hours or until the meat becomes brown.
- Then add tied leek and 4 cups of water in the crock pot and continue cooking for another 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, add 3 more cups of water, organic rainbow carrots and gemstone Potatoes. Continue cooking for 4 hours or until everything is cooked through.
- Once done, remove from crockpot and serve with gluten-free baked bread.
